appropriately. They are readily available over the counter in your local

- Suck or crunch the pills in a clean mouth - no strong flavours.
- Wait 10 minutes after eating anything before taking a pill.
- Wait 10 minutes after taking a pill before eating anything.
- Avoid strong flavours such as coffee, mint, menthol, toothpaste, and
garlic in the ten minutes before and after taking your pills.
- Increase your water intake by drinking a glass after each dose.
